I will start with food and drink. You will not find a better house margarita for this price. Period. I have had many of the... house cocktails over the past few months and they are all rave worthy. The food is fantastic, every bite of every menu item Ihave tried has been top notch. Now for the service. Every single staff member I interacted with over the last 6 months has beenexceptional. We love this place! Great food and beautiful atmosphere. The few times I have been, they have had someone playing the guitar... although he seems to stop around 9 which is usually when we arrive. When the weather is warm, they open many of the frontwindows and there is also a rooftop as well as a an outdoor tent. So lots of seating options! This place is great for largegroups as well. Last time we went, we got the house marg with muddled jalapeños, it was spicy and delicious! On our last visit,I had the amazing ceviche with a small side of guac as my entree and my husband had the burrito with the mushroom cream saucewhich he absolutely loved. Other visits, I’ve had the steak tacos and the guac appetizer. This restaurant also stays openuntil 10:30 which is great for us late night eaters. Highly recommend! Read more

Palenque exceeded my expectations! The corn tortillas were excellent & didn’t fall apart. Each of the tacos were packed with... flavor and quality ingredients. The veggie taco was stuffed with potatoes and cauliflower with just a hint of sweetness fromraisins. The lengua taco was simple and fresh and the fish taco was complimented with a layer of beans. First time - Server was gracious enough to allow me to sample the enchilada sauce options before ordering. Love they have some... different sauces mole, mushroom, green chili and red sauce. The chips and salsas were also really good. Second time - I had moleenchiladas with variety of fillings and green sauce and mole sauce. I tried the small flan dessert. Everything tasted good!
