Reviews for Nixon's Coffee House in Littleton, CO
The guy who is here today, Saturday, is so rude. I ordered a kids hot chocolate, it was way too hot, he argued that it wasn?t.... That?s not good customer service bro. THEN as I was obviously not going to hand my child this hot cocoa- he proceeds to pour iceinto it to cool it down. Terrible service. The guy was jerk. Stop by Starbucks down the street. Read more
I love that this is on the Platte River trail. So you can treat yourself to a treat after a bike ride or run. ????
Always friendly service. The menu has a variety of things to choose from. Sandwiches to power bars and coffee to smoothies.... Great place to stop if your on the Platte River trail. Read more
Very busy little coffee shop in the back side of Hudson gardens but definitely worth the wait. The staff is really kind and the... prices weren't too bad. Great on a hot summer day. Read more
This is my happy place! Nothing like coming here for some coffee, kombucha (on tap!), and a delicious pastry after a long bike... ride. It?s right off the south Platte trail. It?s a cyclist delight ???? Read more
The chai tea latte and spinach/artichoke panini I had were fantastic. Seriously hit the spot for a quick pit stop on a warm... summer day in August as I biked along the Platte. Super friendly staff to top it off! Would highly recommend visiting! Read more
Right off the trail and designed for runners and bikers passing by! This place is great for loose leaf teas. There is coffee,... kombucha on tap (!) and snacks, though we didn't try any of those today. Some nice seating spread out (for COVID), and I suspectafter COVID there will be picnic tables, too. Right by a great little nature center, too. Excellent! Read more
One ask of NCH: The menu posted on the building is horizontal. Please make one that's vertical and position it on the right... (near the outer edge/corner of the building). The left 1/3 is hard to see (covered up by post and people who are crowding thewindow), when waiting in line. Old post: You walk-up and order, so long as it's 50 degrees or warmer. Closed when below 50degrees outside. Lovely spot to people watch while enjoying a bite or a drink. Immediately west of Hudson Gardens and a stone'sthrow from the South Platte river. I recently discovered that every Saturday, a live, small, grass band performs outside. Notsure how the cold weather may change this (granted, NCH is closed when it's cold) but I was told this is a regular thing! Read more
