Pretty stupid that the cart girl doesn't carry a card reader with them. They take your card to the club house and if you forget... it, like most places, they'll charge a fee. If I left the bar and forgot my card, I would understand. But if you take my cardwhile I'm on the course and I forget it, that's on the course! Get it together! It's almost 2023. 18% added gratuity becauseyou can't get with the times. Way to go Meadows. Read more

I love this course. In very good shape from tee to green. Nice elevation changes on some holes. And a GREAT bar inside with... $2-4 beers - and literally - a bartender that is also a stand up. Read more

I don't play enough so it was really tough for me. And plus we were playing the blue tee's so that didn't help. So you need to... be a fairly big hitter. Seemed to be a really nice course and the price was good. Read more

$35 for 9 holes a 5:45pm tee time, backed up so much our last2 holes were in the dark. Give me a break, get your act together,... there are a lot of courses like Foothills that charge less at dusk...ripoff Read more

Good course. Challenging with OB heather everywhere. Great backdrop with the foothills and interesting backyards at homes on the... back 9. 6, 8, 9 and 11 were cool holes. Course plays short, even from the tips. Greens were in good shape for a public course.Overall I think conditions were good - maybe a more wet July (2022) improved things because previous reviews really ripped intothe place for the upkeep. I didn't have much to complain about except awful cart run out on right greenside 6th that ruined amassive drive (ended with a bogey!!) Yardage indicators were very lacking at the tee on par 3s for the gold. There shouldalways be a plate. They did have a carry plate on the 6th tee which was good. Also could've helped to have small 150 stakes.Don't have to go wild with height like at munis but just some visual help. Not sure if carts had yardage screens but probablythe case. Tough for a walker. I actually liked the place of play emphasis at the course. They have a clock on every hole thatis setup to show how on pace you are, as well as on scorecards. People complaining that starters made them move up a hole simplyneed to play faster. Kicking them off is sort of egregious but if they refuse to pickup their balls and move to the next, thenkicking off is warranted in my opinion. A long 9 or 18 eats up your day and totally ruins your momentum. High handicap golfersreally have to play -pickup the ball golf- when you've had enough shanks if they want to play nicer courses. The cart fees arerather high compared to the walking fee and cart fees elsewhere but the course is very walkable. Poor golfers sometimes seemlike they play slower with carts (saw that when I played here) and they don't know the art of fast cart play so maybe crank upthose fees! Overall would come back again but only during twilight hours. Course gets jammed up too much despite the fact thatthey try to keep people moving. Read more

TERRIBLE! Return golf cart woman was screaming at us. Starting throwing our gear at us to get out quickly. Will never be back... and will be letting our many friends in the area to never go back as well. Horrible customer service. Not to mentionrattlesnakes on course and thousands of mosquitos!! Course was in excellent shape. The carts were in good shape too. I appreciate that they had GPS but were not GPS controlled. The... starter was on top of things and the pace of play was great. My only two comments would be the price I reserved online and theprice I paid were not the same, only off by $5 but good to note. Read more
