McDonald's usually does a pretty good job with the service and the atmosphere. Got to give McDonald's that. And very... appreciative of that. This McDonald's was no different. They took pride in the different areas of keeping a great atmosphere andenvironment and service that I was able to appreciate and I am extremely grateful that when I go to McDonald's from oneMcDonald's to the next it seems to be on there important list of priorities to make sure that everything is great and invitingand convenient for guests and the people that they serve. It's actually a testament that for such a large company they are ableto keep their franchises and their corporate stores at such a high level that they do and consistent with the work and effortand service that they put into providing a high quality place and atmosphere and environment for their customers and themselves.It's one thing that you can count on if you're going to go to McDonald's more often than not, actually most of the time. I'mgrateful for McDonald's for that and for this particular McDonald's for maintaining that level and regard for themselves andthose that visit their stores and restaurants. I wish I could but zero stars because when I took time out of my night while being sick to get a Big Mac I got home excited to... bite down into a Big Mac with some Big Mac sauce. The rude girl running your drive thru around 3pm today needs to either find a new job or be retrained. Corporate. Please watch... your cameras at this location and watch this rude girl not even give us eye contact when giving us our incomplete order thru thewindow. The attitude we were given was uncalled for. Thankful it is always open, but 3 out of 5 chances that the ice cream, coffee or smoothie (or all 3) are not in operation each... time I try to order or eat there. I think it depends on the staff that evening whether they will accommodate. Great eveningmanager, when she is working everything is fully operational. Read more
The food was okay but the inside of the store was disastrous. It looked like there was no one maintaining the store because... there was trash all over the floors and the tables weren't even cleaned off, they had food and crumbs still on them. We used the drive thru around 620pm on 12/26/21. We ordered a triple cheeseburger with no mustard and no pickle. The guy who... took our order put no onion and no mustard. So I corrected him. The triple cheeseburger was fine except had mayonnaise added toit. I also ordered a hot and spicy Mcchicken with no lettuce and add cheese. It never showed up on the screen so I verified thesandwich order with him. He said he had it and I showed up and my sandwich had lettuce all over it. Our food was also very coldand we live 2 minutes away from the McDonald's. Read more
The lady working the counter for pickup inside the restaurant was rather unhelpful. Said that all meat comes with onions inside... of it, which wouldn't be a good idea for those like me who are allergic to such ingredients. Wouldn't give her name, and on topof that, I never got a receipt for any of my order(s). If you're going to McDonald's, may I suggest avoiding this one if youwant better service. Read more
