The staff are friendly, however management needs to hire more late night crew. When you constantly have cars wrapped around your... building around midnight it?s time to hire more employees. When I see the line that long I don?t even bother stopping anymore.Not worth waiting a half hour in line at midnight. Read more
Yesterday was a disaster. However, after no issues today and it seeming like a totally dif Mc donalds, I think it's safe to say... when they say 'staffing shortages', that truly is the issue (unlike many that use that excuse) Edit: well I was wrong. Whilewaiting 20 mins for my pre ordered meal today, I watched an employee reach into a bag for a customer and grab fries over 5x. Pic included. Read more
This used to be one of the best McDonald?s around. Sadly quality and service have gone way down. We stop here for breakfast... regularly. We?re now in the habit of pulling over and checking the order, since more often than not the orders are incorrect. Today, thinking coffee was a safe bet, we got a terrible watered down iced latte. I?m not sure what has changed in the lastyear or so but it?s standards have definitely failed. Time to find a new place to grab breakfast on the run! Read more
Go in the restaurant someone in a blue shirt is completely soaking the front of the restaurant with a squirt bottle with no... signs out!!! Got to register to place our order, halfway threw our order a different employee came up and finished taking theorder. Apparently a kids nugget happy meal don?t come with nuggets so I had to go ask for them. The blue shirt came in thekids play area and grabbed the wet wipes so he could clean the tables inside the store. He put about 5-6 feet of the wet wipeson each table. So now all the tables had wet wipes on them so there was no tables for the customers. This store needs acompletely new staff. What a joke!!!! Read more
