The seemingly nice young girl at the second window asked if the "*Diet* Coke" she was handing me was correct. I winced and... said no, "Regular Coke" She took it back, hid it from sight for a second, and then handed me back the very same confirmed-wrongdiet coke. "Here you go" and smiled me away. The dining room was closed. That is my only complaint. I realize it's all about staffing. Certainly not going to blame the... people working for not having enough help. The gentleman at the window was excellent. Very funny and excellent service. Read more
It's sad to see that McDonald's advertises and was founded on a kid friendly environment but yet all the McD's kid play areas... are closed. It's like rubbing it into children's faces that they really don't matter as much as their other customers. They caneasily open up these play areas by sending small employees inside the small kid hampster obstacle course to wipe down. Besides,if McDonald's even bothered to research the virus they're so afraid of, they would know that children are immune/unable to passthe virus to anyone. McDonald's can force vulnerable elderly employees to wear mask while working but refuse to have burgereating A symptomatic children in their facilities. Today was a rough day for me. Anyway, when I came inside the restaurant I couldn't unlock my card so I could order. Well...... After going to the office and seeing what she could do, she also asked anyone who was working with her tonight about their hotspot. In the end Grace asked what I was going to order and said she would take care of it. How sweet was that?? Grace didn'tknow if I was just buying myself food or if I had a family of five in the car. Although they were very busy (drive-through was all the way back to the street) I went inside to pick up my mobile order. Not... one person was just sitting around they were all moving very quickly and they were very concerned in getting all the orders outas quickly as possible. I had ordered only one sandwich and the gentleman that was helping me said sorry it took so long there?san extra sandwich in there for you. I thought that was absolutely awesome. Just order and left this McDonald's a few minutes ago. Should of check to see if they gave my bbq sauce even I asked them twice.... Didn't give any bbq and napkins. Quarter pounder was just sloppy and way to much ketchup. Read more
