Best sushi in Colorado. If you're adventurous, so the omakase. You won't be disappointed!
Definitely one of the best omakase experience outside of Japan. Every piece of nigiri was fresh and well presented. Kobe beef,... Hokkaido Uni were especially amazing and the highlight was Otoro+ Uni piece which literally melt in mouth. Excellent Service aswell: the owner (Jay) was super friendly and all chefs at the counter (Eddie and Mike) were very attentive and made sure that weare having memorable experience. The seafood appetizers were exquisite. The fish tasted really fresh. My favorite was the salmon with pumpkin puree. It was sooo... good! We ordered the takoyaki and it was gone before I could take a picture! My little picky eater ate 3 of them. We alsoordered lamb chops and it was cooked perfectly (medium rare).
