Gave me a 10 peace when I payed for a 12 qnd only gave 2 small scoops of mash potatoes then she turned around and lied said she... can't put that much in there when she has the macaroni was packed full . Worst kfc ever not worth your money based on the factthey only give you what they want to give you not what you payed for. The drive thru lady Hermosa is very rude. She hurries you as you order. When I got up to the window to pay she was being rude to... her coworkers arguing and being inpatient with the next person ordering their food through the speaker. She was waving her armsaround, and making faces whiel mimicking who ever was talking through the speaker. Very rude, very unprofessional, and notpresentable way too much makeup and the false eyelashes are a bit much. The food was blah and the chicken dried out. Read more
My spicy chicken sandwiches would be a lot better if they had more spicy sauce. There is no option for extra sauce on the online... ordering, so I asked for extra sauce when I picked up order and was rudely told that they can not give any extra of there sauceout. For that you get one star. When I order a spicy chicken sandwich I except more then a drop of sauce. VERY disappointed forthey money I spent. Read more
Not a very good experience today. Drive-through cashier was rude and gave me 3 packets of hot sauce when I asked for extra... twice. He rolls me he put extra in the bag which was a lie. I had to go into the store to get more. The strips were not freshand the fries were soggy. Not gonna ever go back to this location. Read more
I ordered 8 pcs of dark meat but I found that I was given 8 pcs of varieties when i got home. More outrageously, the chicken... wing was like a micro size. I have never seen a wing of this size in my life and it was $2 for that wing! I did send a messageto CS but they never responded. Read more
I order a 3 piece fill up box with a lemonade and mashed potatoes and gravy. I received chicken scraps and gravy only. My drink... had no ice in it what so ever! I tried to call to complain no one answered! Read more
Always a disappointment. This location has failed me too many times for me to go back now. I understand not serving food that is... fresh out of the fryer for every customer but being served chicken and fries that have been staged for hours (at least) multipletimes in a row is unacceptable; especially being parked each time we go as well.
