Stopped in to grab dinner, was told they were out of turkey. Asked if we could substitute chicken instead and was told no?the... chicken is only for the wraps. So we said ok let?s do roast beef instead then, was told ?no?.you can only get that sandwich withturkey? so how do you expect to sell anything if almost all sandwiches are made with turkey but you won?t substitute anothermeat for turkey when you?re OUT of turkey. Wicked fast! Stopped in before a movie and got a bite! My hubby loves the#12!! Easy decision when your in a rush. They also... deliver and great customer service. Treat them kindly thru deserve it!! Read more

Used to be 5 stars now would be 0 stars if I could give it 0. Look at all these 1 star Google reviews but me, the paying... customer, is the problem? Keep blaming your customers for terrible service and quality you will have none. Employee workingclaiming to be manager can't make the sandwiches right I called to issue complaint all I wanted [was a credit or the avocadothat was forgotten this was never offered). The so called supervisor refused to assist states I could only get my correctsandwich if I brought back the old sandwich so they could throw it away. Refused to provide name so when I file my complaintwith corporate they can be listed appropriately sorry you're scared to make a sandwich right and give the customer what theypaid for. I would never return here used to come a couple times a week. Such a shame. Also the employee lied and said Ithreatened him when I called on the phone to get my issue fixed. All I said was I wasn't going to drive back for $1.50 worth ofavocado jimmy John's had to steal from a paying customer. I never even went back to the store I simply took three minutes tocall voicing my displeasure and 5 minutes for a bad review. Subway, Charley's, Jersey Mike's have never escalated over missingitems always fix with no issues this place is a joke! Read more

Ordered a Sandwich at 6:40 for delivery. Called at 7:40, said it was on its way. Called at 8:20, and they said it?s on its... way. If you only have 1 driver, you can?t do delivery. Please stop taking orders that you can even deliver 2 hours later; thatis freaky unfast delivery. What went wrong? If you don?t have people, close. Did you run out of bread again? Have been waiting for over an hour for our delivery. Called the store to check on our food and the guy said they are "really... far behind." When I asked if it would be quicker for me to come pick it up, he hung up on me. I understand staffing is hardright now, but customer service still matters. These guys don't get it. I will not order delivery from them again. Read more

We have given this shop numerous opportunities over a year and a half. We have been polite and communicated effectively. The... inconsistency of the food is only rivaled by the consistency of the poor quality of service. As I look at our delivery fromthis evening I note that: 1. It was nowhere near ?freaky fast? as it took an hour when we ordered at 5:05pm. 2. Once again, thedelivery professional knocked when it is clearly stated on our order not to ring or knock. 3. My sandwich, which is paid at thedouble meat price is smaller than a single. This store is not effectively run and has lost our business. Read more

We decided to place an order for delivery. 3 sandwiches and one drink. I placed my order at 6:23. At 7:08 the app was still... saying my order was placed. So I decided to call just to follow up. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and explainedthat they were overwhelmed and that my order was on its way, the driver had one stop before our order. At 7:40 the driverarrived at my door. The driver was pleasant and apologetic. We open up our meals, my order was wrong. I paid for bacon on mysandwich and it wasn't there. All three sandwiches had stale bread. So all in all, nearly 90 minutes to get "Freaky Fast" foodand it was a disappointing meal for all. Read more
