I live in Longmont, and my family took me to Inside Scoop for ice cream. It was outstanding! They have a wide selection of... unique flavors, which they let you sample before you make your final choice. The portions are generous and delicious. They arewell-staffed with plenty of people behind the counter to serve you, and they were attentive and quick to wipe down tables asother customers finished their ice cream. I was helped by Audrey, who was very helpful and bubbly, and she makes a great sundae!The place is clean, and it was nice and cool inside?quite a relief on a very hot day. If you're in the Denver area, you have to stop by at the beginning of your visit. That way you can stop by again once or twice... more while you're in town!! The ice cream is so fresh and pure. Cute parlor with a lot of character. Nice variety, not so many that you have trouble choosing, but enough that there is... something for everyone's pallet. Ice cream was super smooth and flavorful and very reasonably priced. You can sit down inside oroutside between the buildings.
