This has to be the slowest drive thru I have ever had the misery of sitting in. Third time trying to come here in the last... month, and it?s always like this. Went through the drive through for the last time. They asked for a tip. What in the actual H does a drive through attendant do... to deserve a tip? If the friendliest restaurant on the planet doesn't ask for a tip, (we all know the chicken place,) what givesgood times the audacity to? Read more

Shoving a tablet in my face and guilting me into tipping so you don't spit on my food is a horrible practice and I will never go... here again because of it. I?m not going to be overly critical because as a bar / restaurant owner I know the struggles to find good help. But I?ll make a... couple of observations. 1. What is the point of ordering online if they are waiting until you get there to make ur order. Iorder online so my order is ready when I get there and I don?t need to do anything but pick it up, The last two times I?ve satat the window while they finished my order. 2. Ordered 2 of the new BBQ CHEESEBURGERS and 2 wild fries online. One with extra sauce which I paid for. I showed up after the... time it was to be ready as stated in the email and was still not ready. Picture on app shows fried onion rings in the burger.And says ?on toasted rye bun?. Ours came with No rye bun and no onion rings on either burger as well as barely any sauce. Very disappointed with my most recent visit today! Card reader would not read my debit card which seems to be a known issue.... Brand new manager did not know how to handle this, not her fault. But there should be some plan in place when someone is buying$50 worth of food to deal with problematic technology. Previously the manager on duty was able to hand key my card. This brandnew manager had to call her manager not once but twice and still was not able to help me. I had to go get cash. Then after 20minutes was presented with cold food. I asked for fresh fries and got eye rolls and frustrated attitudes! If they're frustrated,imagine how the customer that's been waiting 25 minutes for her food feels! I have to leave a review because I absolutely love Good Times so much. It has become my favorite fast food burger by far. I... almost always just get their classic #1 cheeseburger by itself. It comes with crisp lettuce, a cold tomato slice, pickles, andonions. The patty is delicious every time and the vegetables taste fresher than if I were to buy them myself in a grocery store.It is only $5 for the burger, and to me it beats many burgers at sit down restaurants. I know I sound obsessed, but that'sbecause I am!! Now for even more nerdy detail: I researched into this Colorado chain today, because I was curious about whyeverything tastes so good, and found out that they source their beef from a ranch in Montana that is 100% natural and vegetarianfed. No wonder the burgers taste so good. My grandpa was a small town meat packer in Idaho when I was growing up, and he alwaysbought 100% grass fed beef, before it was the cool hipster thing to do. These burgers remind me of the burgers I ate on mygrandparents' porch in the summertime. I have had the other, more hyped up burger chains before, and nothing compares in my mindto this. Read more

My husband and I just stopped at this location after not having good times for a while, so we were pretty excited but it DID... NOT, meet expectations at all. When my drink was handed to me the lid wasn?t even put on properly causing my lemonade to spillall over my lap. When we got home I checked my bambino?s and all three of them looked like someone took a huge bite out ofthem!! I was so disgusted I didn?t even eat my food. $35 down the drain.
