This is really such a shame because I?ve been to other garbanzos that have been Amazing and their food is incredible (which is... why I give it 2 stars) but this location is so messy and dirty. There?s food and trash everywhere. A dirty mop bucket was on thecounter, the sodas ice tray was overflowing with liquid, and the staff was all goofing around. horrible experience now for the second time, such a shame. they have some of the best fast casual food around but this location... is truly awful. seems like the entire staff is stoned or or brain dead. completely rude not only to me but also to the littleboy that was in front of me. I ordered over a hundred dollars of food (catering style) and they took over 2hrs to have my stuffready. when I got there they had things that should be cold just left all over the counters. touching the registers and phoneswith their gloves on and then going back to making food. people were NOT following health code by any stretch and I know becauseI ran a restaurant through my 20s. Bad falafels that are dry. Craft sodas taste like bad sparkling Kool aid. The service is a 4 star but the food is not good.

We really enjoyed this place. It was our first time at this franchise and we are definitely going to return. The staff was very... nice and super helpful. The ingredients looked/ were fresh despite us going late at night, and though they were out of somethings, for the most part they were stocked. They have a good variety of foods, making it easy to try something new every time.We both enjoyed our meals and agreed the experience was good! The only thing we noticed was the restrooms were slightly in kept,but not a deal breaker. We will be eating here again. Read more

We ordered dinner from this restaurant via the website on July 31. When we arrived home with the order we found the falafel... plate had no falafel, the chicken plate had half sized portions compared to the falafel plate, both plates were cold, and thepita bread was hard and cold. We called the store to let them know and see if they could do anything to make it right. I spoketo the manager who advised she would need to text her manager to see if they could provide a refund for the falafel plate oroffer some other type of compensation. The manager took my number and I was under the impression she would call back. However,it has now been 4 days and I never received any communication, nor did I receive a refund to my credit card. Who owns this franchise? This store is so poorly run. Tonight there were three teens and zero supervision. The prep area was... filthy, only one person was filling orders. The only reason I am rating them 2 stars is because the food is good, otherwise they would be rated a 1. Every time I go to this... place, I have a bad experience. Today they were out of rice, vegetables, and mushrooms. Of course they told me this with half ofmy plate made already. Free sample of freshly made falafel was... generously offered from the staff who were also nice with explaining and recommending things since it was my first time.
