Didn't want to post this here as I'm a big time Freddy's lover, but after getting zero response from contacting them directly... via their website, here we are. I spent almost 30 mins in the drive though while only 5 cars were ahead of me. After getting myfood I was pretty angry at the amount of time it took and didn't get a chance to check my food. Once home I was blown away aboutwhat I had been given. This was supposed to be a double bacon cheeseburger with onions and pickles. As you can see, there is noveggies, a miniscule amount of bacon, and absolutely covered in mustard (you can see it's even on the outside of the box and wasall over inside the bag as well) This was also supposed to be a large fry (it was maybe 1/3 of the way full) I've never had abad experience with Freddy's since they moved to Colorado (hundreds of visits), but this is completely unacceptable. The food is usually fresh and they get our orders right, but the drive thru line is slooowwwww. It's been a usual thing lately.... Dined inside recently and it was the same thing. We asked for our ice cream with our food and they forgot about it. We had to goask for it. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the drive through line every time (even off peak hours) is just way too long. Wanted a chocolate malt with extra malt. I've been getting them for years at a bunch of different places but this was my first... time getting one at Freddy's. It was immediately apparent that this was not the foundation of quality that they were buildingthis restaurant on. Is it possible to give something a minus score ? It wasn't chocolate ice cream it was vanilla ice creamwith chocolate syrup, which is fine I get it you're trying to save time and money. And even though I had asked for extra malt Igenuinely couldn't tell if there was any malt in it at all. I'm not sure how many pumps of syrup is required for a largechocolate malt ? But I don't think it's 85. You literally couldn't even taste the ice cream. There was so much syrup it wasburning my throat when I swallowed. Even my grandson's, who I bought ones for as well couldn't get more than a couple sipsdown. $20 wasted on what could quite possibly be the worst chocolate molt in the history of mankind. Read more

For a fast food burger, it's pretty good and reasonably priced. Staff is hit or miss on friendliness but I've never had an issue... with an order. Wait time is long but I think that's because the burgers are cooked fresh, wish I could say the same about thefries (which are usually cold). One of the few fast food places that doesn't wreck havoc on my stomach so that's a win. Read more
