Reviews for Einstein Bros. Bagels in Littleton, CO
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Poor quality food, poor service, poor value. Decided to give this business another try after my super... devastating experience at another location late winter this year. Ordered a BLT bagel substituting cream cheese instead of Mayo. After ordering my food, I recognized that I had a free coffee in my EB app and asked the counter person if I could redeem withmy sandwich purchase. She told me that I could not and that the free coffee offer is only if I place an online app order. So, Iclarified her statement and said, ?so if I go outside and redeem my free coffee on the app, I can come in and get with mysandwich?? Her response was a blunt ?yes?. I was not amused by that request and decided to skip the coffee. I received thesandwich and started down the road to work. Unfortunately, to my again surprise, the three pieces of Romaine that substitutedlettuce was brown and wilted, the tomatoes were unripe and bitter. Needless to say, my investment ended up becoming trashbecause I could not returned the sandwich and make it to work on time. Very disappointing again Einstein Bagels. When will youfigure out customer service and food quality consistency?!! Read more
Painfully slow, no ice for any of the iced drinks. 25 minute wait for 2 bagels that looked like they got sat in with a hint of... cream cheese. I appreciate the effort from the staff but come on. Read more
EDIT: Just after posting my review, I looked at some other reviews of this location, and customers have consistently had the... same issues I did. These reviews date back over a year ago, but despite replies from the location management nothing haschanged! Don?t spend your valuable time and money at an establishment where the management willfully ignores quality issues, andis content w/ negative customer experiences. If I could give less than 1 star I would for this mediocre excuse for ?foodservice.? It?s time for me to break up w/ Einstein?s. I don?t know if it?s just this location or the chain overall, but thequality has really gone downhill. On the app, Einstein?s reminds customers that supply chain issues might impact ingredientavailability, but I?ve not noticed the same issues at other chains at this point in time. Besides, some of the issues predatethe pandemic- the bagels are consistently underbaked. They are pale to look at and gummy to eat- I always finish baking (nottoasting) them at home. Just an extra 5 minutes in the oven finishes the job I paid Einstein?s to do. This morning I ordered afew bagels which were literally cold on the inside, as well as the lox bagel which comes w/ cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, redonions, and lox. The tomatoes were green in the middle and crunchy- not ripe at all. And I received precisely 2 small pieces oflox- each were exactly as big as the underripe tomato slices, and didn?t even cover half of the bagel slices. I moved them bothto one half of the bagel, which was an appropriate portion, but now I?m left w/ half of a bagel w/o half of the ingredients itwas supposed to come with. This for $10. Honestly, it will be less trouble, cheaper, and tastier to make the bagels myself, which is what I?m going to learn to do. TL:DR Inferior quality is not worth the price. Read more
It's hit or miss with this chain food company. Ive tried them a bunch of times. My experience with this location is... The order... taker was very efficient, kind, professional and definitely enthusiastic. The order came out correct! The bagel was fresh andtoasted as requested. The sandwich was served warm and fresh but had way too much sauce and the cheese looked like a glob ofoil, not cheese. The hash browns were not cooked enough so they were gooey in texture. Made me think of a starch ball lol. Sooverall I give the staff member who took my order a big 5 stars (sorry don't know your name-- it was Wednesday 11/10/21) SOTHANK YOU. YOU ARE AWESOME! As far as the company itself a 1 or 2 stars! I recommend serving higher quality food. I won't bereturning unless this changes. Read more
This is consistently the worst Einstein Brothers location I have even been in. This was my 9$ Cheesy Hash Brown Farm-House... Bagel. Apparently someone forgot the cheesy hash brown part. (It?s legitimately in the name.) But judging by the fact youfailed at even the bagel part I am not the least bit surprised. Could you possibly refer me to a different location that canhandle making these correctly? Edit: I was referred to their website where I took the time to fill out the form and was nevercontacted. The verdict is in: Einstein Bros truly doesn?t care about their customers or quality control. Read more
Whoever is responsible for baking the bagles does not seem to have the same level of quality expectations as most other... locations. I have been there 3 times and several of the bagels appear raw and not topped appropriately. Here is a photo of thesame sandwich fro. This location vs a different one. When. I mentioned it to them the employee just said "It's not raw I can cutone to show you." Read more
Pretty good the couple times I?ve been in. Today I asked for black iced tea, and got mango, but it still tasted... good???????? Dropped down to 2 stars because the last 3 times I?ve been here (before 10:30am) they are out of bagels. How doesthis happen??? All they had were Asiago (which I took the last of) and sweet bagels. I can?t speak for everyone but a sweetbagel doesn?t sound good as a sandwich Read more
I usually have no problem ordering online and picking it up, but today I did. Usually they will let you know if ordering online... isn?t an option, but I was able to place an order this morning. When I went to walk in the door was locked and the open signwasn?t on. Didn?t even see anybody available to open the door for me. I had already paid and I could see my order inside butthey had the place locked up during business hours and I just lost $12! Don?t plan on coming back to this location. Read more
