Sure, the coffee was fine... But HOW DO YOU HAVE SO FEW BREAKFAST OPTIONS!??? Drove away Hangry & don't see how I can justify... coming back! Somebody at corporate needs to wake up and fill the void! I went to the Littleton location last Saturday morning at about 9:45. I saw that the line had about 10 cars so I asked the girl... taking the orders if the wait was going to be more than 10 minutes. She said that it will be less than 10. I was in line for 20minutes. This made me late for my appointment. When I got to the drive through counter the girl at the counter was very chattyand the music they had playing in the kitchen was so loud that it was hard to hear her speak. I am a big Dutch Bros Fan. When I go, I always have great service and drinks even if they are super busy. This was my first... time to this location. I went in to order from the window. I waited and waited patiently. There was no line, except one smallfamily waiting for Drinks ahead of me. Their drinks took Forever ! I waited about 20 minutes before I finally just asked for arefund. The person nonchalantly said ?oh, sorry about that? and gave my money back. Did not offer to make my drink, did notbother to do anything to make it a better experience and really made zero effort . Terrible customer service, terribleatmosphere and I am quite disappointed and will be sure I do not go back to that location. My time was wasted and I didn?t evenleave with coffee. Really thankful there was friendly and attentive staff at this spot. The lady who served me kindly obliged my request to ensure... my iced coffee got flavoring, as I expressed experiencing some pretty bland coffee from previous Dutch Bros experiences.
