I?m not a Karen here, just being honest. The Slowest Dutch bros in Denver. I have tried a couple of times at 545 before work and... they can never seem to move a two person line. Drinks are SUPER slow, like inappropriately slow for minimal amount of customers.I get lack of help I really do, it?s our world now, but it is not exceedingly difficult to make a plain americano. Coffee for those with a sweet tooth. Loads of different flavor combinations that come in hot, iced, or blended options. Their... trademark is their flavors, and they do them well. I come here often since it's next to my work and I'm serious when I say it's my favorite location. A drink is a drink but it's... the people that I get excited to see when i come in. Love this place! I?d never heard of the coffee chain until this location popped up a few months ago, but I?m so glad I gave it a... try. It?s my new go-to for an afternoon coffee pick-me-up! Friendly, laid back vibe with super nice employees who take yourorder from your car. Then you go and pick it up at the window. Lines can be long, but it moves along quickly. Menu offers alarge variety of yummy drinks at reasonable prices, plus if you pay thru the app you can quickly get points for free drinks (waymore attainable than Starbucks stars). I wanted to see what all the hype with Dutch Bros was. So today was the day. From today?s experience, I wasn?t impressed at... all. In fact, I was disappointed. I don?t know if this is true across all the Dutch Bros, but this location is a drive-thruonly. I saw what appears to be a walk-up window, but didn?t see it being used. Finding the drive-thru was confusing. As theline grew, two staff members came out and took orders. That was really a plus. However, frustration grew. When one of the staffmembers processed my order and payment, I wasn?t told my total (spending). The wait, where I was idling in my car, wassignificant. And when the drink was handed to me, I had no idea whether I had received my order. The person didn?t identify meby name or confirm the drink I was being passed. And my drink, which was supposed to be an iced golden eagle, was just okay. Read more
My absolute favorite spot for coffee. The entire team here is totally amazing and so friendly. My order is always correct, the... coffee is delicious, the drive thru line moves quickly and it's always a great experience. I never go to Starbucks anymorebecause Dutch Brothers is so much better.
