Ordered brown sugar cold brew, hash browns and egg white bites with some donuts for our family. No complaints on donuts but the... drink tasted like chemicals, egg white tasted like rubber and there were 3 tiny burned hash browns. I was highly disappointed. Read more
I ordered a 25 count of assorted munchkins and the new stuffed bagel minis. They only gave me two different flavors for the... munchkins, the worst ones in my opinion. They didn't tell me they only had two flavors left, it was a surprise to my family andme when I got home. They didn't even get eaten because of this. The stuffed mini bagels tasted freezer burnt. My coffee was perfect- exactly how I asked for it (Cold brew, light on the sweet cream/foam) HOWEVER...This is the saddest... excuse for a breakfast sandwich I?ve ever seen. Bread, microwave bacon, plastic cheese and foam eggs. Never again. Read more
Wow, what an amazing and uplifting experience at this DD today! I am surprised by all the negative reviews (unless leadership /... mgmt has since changed). Friendly, fast, efficient, clean, and excellent customer service. I went to redeem my free birthdaydrink, and I was greeted with such kindness and generosity! They wished me multiple happy birthdays from numerous staff membersworking today. Patrick even offered a surprise free birthday treat of my choice! The staff today was professional, kind, andshowed me A++ customer service. Big smiles from all, well wishes of a happy birthday, and with the unexpected generosity, thisabsolutely made my day. Patrick is clearly doing an exceptional job, and he is an asset to DD at large! Give Patrick a raise and/ or an award! I am disappointed I am visiting from out of state; otherwise, if I lived closer, this would definitely become myregular DD. Thank you, Patrick, and the rest of the staff working today at this DD! So I pull up and see a whole bunch of young men inside. For some reason this is amusing. They?re having a fun time and setting... good culture. One makes a mistake but is able to laugh it off. He makes my large almond milk latte with honey (he had never doneso before) and told me with the biggest smile I should let them know how it was. It was so genuine! I had to call back and tellthem it was outstanding. Hard to believe he has never made it before!! So good! Anyway. My wife and I have been here twice, both times a young man named Caleb (I believe) helped us. The first time, he recommended a... treat we had never had before, French Cruller, the 2nd time, weeks later, he remember that and offered it again (love how fluffythey are). Bigger than that, he is polite and makes a solid latte. We were not perfectly clear on our order, so when wediscovered he has made something we didn't want, he said, "No problem, let me make it again for you." Not only did he do itwithout seeming bothered, but also walked it our to our car, as to not hold up the drive through. As someone that worked incoffee as a barista for over 6 years, he's the type of person I would have hired for my shop in the past.
