Just wanted to give a shout out to the team working tonight and to say thank you. Walked in to order carry out and they, like... all places, were short staffed. Manager on duty was incredible at multitasking and making sure everyone was taken care of. As anapology for our wait, which wasn't too long, he offered us free cheesy bread. We have not ordered from Dominos in more then 3 years. Today we did. The order was complete, promptly delivered and hot! The... garlic knots were delicious, I had not had them before and they were just like I like them, soft, hot and lots of garlic. I haveto say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. I would give zero star if I could. Ordered delivery at 11:10 pm with an ETA of 22 minutes. I never got my pizza. Called the... store twice and was told it would be here shortly. I was charged for the pizza. The store is now and I never received it. Thisis the 3rd time you have closed with an order pending. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Read more
Of course I can?t review every Dominos in Denver, but my Dominos, on W Belleview in Littleton, is great. The drivers are always... polite, the pizza is always hot and delicious and I love to always add a tip. Thanks Dominos for bringing me food when I do twant to cook! Read more
Make sure you check your delivery order for any dipping sauces you ordered, either online or over the phone. This is the 5th... time this store has forgot to put our dipping sauces in with our order and we've called multiple times to let them know and itkeeps happening. Very very frustrating! And their solution is to just have an "available" driver drive it out to us when they'rein the area....really? We've done that before and it took another 30 minutes to get the sauces, and by then the food was alreadyeaten. How about you have your drivers keep extra things like that in their car? That's what I used to do, just in case. Verydisappointing and super frustrating, especially since we've reached out to the store each time and nothing changes. On top ofthat, the thin crust pizza we ordered was very burnt on the outside edge of the entire pizza. This location has really gone downhill. Read more
