Service was super fast and great ice cream....all 4 staff were a bit frazzled as the cc terminal quit working and some ppl left... without paying...we used their app...paid and left them a decent tip for having to deal with crazy ppl. Thank you guys foreverything!!! Read more

I don't understand why you guys can't make a chocolate shake very well I'm disappointed Every time. If my wife says I am a fool... to order the same thing every time It's better at Dairy Queen it's cheaper and it's faster there doesn't seem to be a recipe atyour guys's place just a guessing game. I have been here on multiple occasions as it close to my house. On multiple occasions they have gotten my order wrong. I'm not... sure if they don't know their own signature creations or if they just don't necessarily care, but getting charged over $6 forsomething you didn't want multiple times is ridiculous. The amount of unsanitary employees in this cold stone blows my mind. One night I went in and there were no other customers in... the store but one, it was a guy. I thought nothing of it until I saw in front of him was one of the employees sitting on thecounter as this man was hugging her and grabbing her waist. She then proceeded to try to help us without washing her hands. Onanother occasion multiple employees had their masks under their nose. When dealing with food during a pandemic you would thinkthey would wear their mask correctly. No matter how many times things have gone wrong at this store I still come back and try togive it a chance because it?s 5 minutes from my house. Another thing is don?t rely on the closing time online this cold stonecloses when they want to whether it?s an hour early or 30 minutes early. And don?t bother trying to call the store to ask ifthey are open you will be sent to voicemail. I love cold stone and I truly wish these issues would be fixed. Read more
Service was good, but I ordered a shake. After drinking it for about 2 minutes, I found multiple pieces of blended up plastic.... Upon trying to suck the rest of the shake down, many small pieces of plastic settled at the bottom of the shake. Yikes. Read more
