This review is in regards to a catering order. On the one hand, it's Chipotle so we knew we were getting quality food. The... online ordering and on time pickup couldn't have been easier -- someone even helped me carry the boxes out. My complaint is withthe quantity. I ordered a 15 person triple for 13 people and it was not enough. Maybe folks over indulged in the meats, butChipotle only provided 15 [taco-sized] tortillas. C'mon, no one eats just 1 taco! I'd say round up further if you do a cateringorder -- I should have gotten 20. And ask for extra tortillas. Read more

This location was FILTHY. It was so gross I prayed I wouldn't get food poisoning. And $55 for me and my three kids, good grief.... Chipotle's meat is notoriously full of gristle and over cooked, but we had a family member with a birthday and we had eveningplans so needed fast food in a pinch and this is what he chose. It was lame. Every table was dirty, the drink area was filthy,and so we went outside for seating and every single outside was also table was--you guessed it--also filthy. It?s a pretty simple task to update your hours as business needs change. Today I arrived as your location was supposed to open,... to be greeted by a sign telling me you to open an hour and a half later. I see 10+ employees inside just staring back at medoing nothing. This is the last time I?ll come to this location. The opening time on the door, the time on your sign, and thetime and Google maps are all completely different, so who do you really care about your customers? Read more

The food is still good, but what appears to be leadership issues are allowing this location to continue to decline to the point... that they can?t even keep regular hours anymore. Other locations can handle an in person line as well as mobile orders, thislocation can barely handle one of the two. Read more

ordered online, said it would be ready at 530. had to wait until 6pm. walk in customers were helped right away. hey chipotle... manager, if the online counter is backed up have the walk in counter help out! use some common sense. i am finished with thislocation. Read more
