this was the nastiest chick fil a I have had in a long time. The chicken was cold and crunchy like it has been sitting all day.

Every time I?ve asked for extra crispy or extra well done chicken or fries about 85% of the time I always have to have them make... both or at least one of them again. How hard is it to crisp up the fries and chicken longer? I stopped going through the drivethey for that reason. People would wait longer in line of I?d complain and I felt bad if I did. Then I gave up and startedwalking in. Still they couldn?t the order right. Today I had to get my spicy chicken deluxe remade and my large fries remadebecause they were not extra crispy or extra well done. Even after I specified how I wanted it. Both either came out limp and wetand soggy. After an employee took my sandwich and then said I could keep my fries another employee came to me, probably a shiftsupervisor, who looked as If she just graduated high school , asked to see my wrong fries I was granted and then threw themaway. Great customer service. Didn?t apologize didn?t clarify. Really said nothing except let me see those fries and thenthrew them away because probably I was eating them. The fries weren?t even for me. She probably thought I wanted something forfree and wanted to complain. No. I want my order right like I ask for it. It?s not that hard. Crisp it up. Make it well done. Read more
Updating review to reflect the customer service experience after this. I appreciate their quick response and fix! Waited 15... minutes for a curbside order, but that wasn?t showing up in their system. Not a big deal, they reordered inside the store. Waited another 7.5 minutes for several orders behind mine to be fulfilled first (and all I ordered were 4 chicken strips). Read more
There is absolutely no point of ordering online via their app for drive-through pick up, because when you get there you will... still have 20 cars ahead of you and more people waiting in the restaurant to pick up order. The time of order does not matter ?the drive-through is always clogged. Can?t drive full size van via drive thru. Can?t change online order to pick up at therestaurant. If you do, then you get pushed down the list even further. This is not a fast food. Speaking of food, fries aredecent except a few occasions when they smell like rotten potatoes. What?s the point of having an inside??? If there?s a long line outside because people are lazy, don?t bother going in because... there to worried about the drive through. If there taking orders around the building and you go inside your order is stillgoing to be behind the last order taken outside. I went in and straight to the register and placed my order. There was oneperson waiting in front of me to get there small Oder. I order a breakfast burrito. Place my order at 10:12 and got it at12:27. A 15 minute wait. Great place. My order was wrong and they corrected promptly. Very clean inside and sandwiches were hot and tasty.
Awful. The drive through line was around the building. I went in to get to go breakfast for my girls before school. It took a... very long time to oder. The food was awful. Dry and burnt. We were late for school today and still hungry. Worst chick fil eI've been too. Yuck Read more
