I won?t go there again! Had an order for five of us and they didn?t put my dinner in the bag (I know, I should have made sure... everything was in the bag). Very disappointed when I got home. I had things to do, so went back 2 hours later to see if I couldget my salad. Instead of being apologetic, the manager scolded me for not calling first and not coming back immediately and saidthis was the last time. She was not nice at all, but ended up giving me the salad anyway. It was just a salad. I?m sure she washaving a bad day, but she didn?t need to take it out on me. I own a service business and if any of my employees talked to acustomer like that, they would be fired. Just saying. Read more
Whoever was working on 9/30 is embarrassing. I got my food pretty quick but I kept trying to get someone's attention for about... 15 minutes before I could get my shake which I found out was sitting on the counter almost the entire time. The chicken wasburnt and dry, and now my food is cold because the kids working here can't make eye contact so that I can get their attention. Read more
We usually love Chick-fil-A but this one has terrible service. It took 15 min with one person in line to get a single milkshake.... The employees were wandering around yawning and nobody knew what was going on. I won?t come back to this location. They shouldtake notes from the Denver West location that gets 5 stars every time I go. Read more

I love Chick Fil A but I do not recommend this location. I placed a mobile order, confirmed at the drive thru, and waited 10-15... minutes in line only to find out somehow they did not confirm the order and then we had to wait around front for another 10-15minutes. And then our food was not even hot. It had clearly just been sitting around until they decided to bring it out. Willnot be returning to this location. Read more
Super friendly and great service! I will gladly spend money here because of their staff. The young lady at the second window ... who had down syndrome just melted our family's heart with her smile. I am glad they are giving people with disabilities achance! Great job Chic FIL A! Read more
We've stopped here multiple times to eat for lunch and have yet to be dissapointed. The team is always friendly and very kind to... everyone. Lets not mention the flowers! Such a simple yet beautiful touch to make the environment more home-y and friendly. Read more
Excellent Chik-fil-A even compared to others in the area. They can get really busy but have a nice area to line up for the drive... through without blocking access to parking or the building if you aren't using the drive through. Staff is very friendly andactually make you believe it is their pleasure to help you. Read more
