Slow service with inaccurate items received/missing. Also could not enter rewards from receipt because not all the information... needed was on the receipt. Changed my 5 star to a 1 star. Ordered breakfast thing morning and didn?t realize until I was almost done that the chicken was... raw. I have been puking and sick all day and called to let them know because I?m sure others also got sick. Male manager i spokewith had no remorse or care in the world. He would not give me a refund and told me he would send me a coupon for my next visitwhich I declined. As always, food and service was great. The cleanliness was way off though! Not typical, but the booths, floor, windows, Mens... bathroom were very neglected. A lot of "very self import" people walking around, not offering anyone help, but certainly beingintrusive while we tried to eat. Worst experience here this time. Read more
Just like many others have stated avoid this place, food isn't really cooked well, they're stingy on salsa for some reason and... their weird manager is one of those fake Christians. Last few visits have been really good always come back to this location. Only ever had minor issues and when I call in they... always apologize. As a long time customer I just hope to get what I pay for. The team here have always gone above and beyond tomake things right. Best chicken and Mac and cheese ???? ???? Went here yesterday and I had the worst experience. The handicap and crosswalk was covered in ice. It wasn't even bothered to be... salted at all. An employee Mona was very rude and asked me to help your customers. I thought I was the customer. I told her youneed to salt this. Mona didn't even bother listening to me. She kept telling me to help customers so I didn't even botherlistening to her. Mona was very rude at taking my order. I actually did help this elderly lady get her car cause it was so icy.I should have went to Applebee's, Buffalo wild wings or olive garden instead. Went through the drive through ordered 4 count chick-n mini and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Went to the window paid they... asked me to park in the lot we will bring your food out shortly. 10 minutes goes by still nothing. I call they say ohhh so sorrywe will bring that order right now. I'll say that the GM, Samuel, is an A1 hire. He saved what could've been a pretty awful last few interactions wherein a store... manager laughed at me over a misfortune and prior to that, I was told the soup machine was broke 45 minutes before close. Thelatter which I just shrugged off and drove across the street. But these things are minor when you have consistent food, quickservice for the quality, and good upper management. It's not an easy task herding kittens that are the youth of Chick-Fil-Ahires. I'm not knocking these hard-working kids but they have a lot going on! The food business is quick and stressful, theymanage to keep everything glued together pretty well here overall. I'm going to give this store the nod over the River Pointelocation. Also, I'm making it a thing, please stop making these kids say "my pleasure". It's not their pleasure. They aren'tAlfred from Batman waiting on a rich playboy.
