Always extremely slow service. I don?t know how this store stays in business! The website says they close at 12:00am and they... are closed now at 10:15 on a Friday night! Wendy?s down the street always has great service and actually sticks to their postedschedule. Really awful management and needs a new owner. Really sad! Read more
When I came to leave a review I saw the 2 star rating and realized I made a mistake. I've noticed a trend with BK since the... pandemic: hours are suggestions. Everything says you open at 6am rolled by at 6:10 and the whole place is totally dark. Nolights and one car in the lot. This manager should be fired and all the staff should be retrained. Also this building andparking lot are trash maybe a remodel is in order. Regardless don't try to go here for breakfast unless you want to bedisappointed. Read more

We have been neighbors with this location for about twenty years. We are elderly and do not get out a lot to eat. The last time... we visited this location the hamburgers' were cold and tasted very poor. We did not want to come back for a few months afterthis experience but I convinced my wife to try it again. We gathered our coupons that we received through the mail and thoughtwe would get a couple of meals. We really appreciate your coupons and it gives us a chance to try new items. When we arrived wehad to wait about ten minutes for the staff to help, and it was no big deal, we were in no hurry but could not find our couponsthat we clipped. The staff reminded us that we had to have those coupons that are coded or they could not help us and it was ourproblem. I understand it is very important to have the coupons, but on the other hand it might defeat the purpose of customersrevisiting the restaurant and enjoying the experience. The staff acted like we were taking up their time rather than helping usat this point. I think if I was the manager, I would have some coupons, copy's or originals, under the counter to have theopportunity to help people once in awhile, rather than make it a altercation at their restaurant. I guess we were caught offguard and decided to leave and go across the street to the other restaurant. I think that the Burger King corporation spendstime and money and would suggest this situation be handled differently for the opportunity of the customer coming back to enjoythe dining experience. For 15min no one was here to do there job. Took two picture 5 workers pop up out of nowhere. Full team failed. 2pm in 9/23/21.... All the food was cold and all the tables are not cleaned. Someone needs to do inspection here. Read more
A person named Shelly took my drive-thru order. I ordered the two impossible king burgers. I paid for my order and took my food... home. However, when I opened the burgers, there was cheeses in both. I was not asked if I wanted cheese in my plant-basedburgers. I tried calling to complain (Shelly answered a three times I called), but she apparently couldn?t hear me (I think hervolume was turned down) and hung up on me all three times. Read more
