The best wings on the planet! Dry rub, no bread and deep fat fried to crispy perfection!
Unimpressed burnt ends so dry you could barely chew. Texas toast is bread not toasted or buttered. Bbq sauce no big deal.... Disappointed was so looking forward to it. Trust your gut. Ignored for 3 to 5 while gentlemen swept the floor. 5:15 table of 3should have known. Read more
Great BBQ, Fast! I had the 2 meat platter Chicken and Brisket. The BBQ sauce was delicious, homemade where you can actually see... the spices in the sauce, not that mono-consistent bottle sauce you see everywhere. The chicken was moist and flavorful. Thebrisket had a gorgeous flavorful bark that I couldn't get enough of. I dipped my fries in the BBQ sauce, because I could drinkthat stuff. Not your typical BBQ that has been commercialized, try it for a little homemade BBQ taste. I will try the ribs andburnt ends on the next trip. Read more
Brickyard closed down, but was sold to a new owner and the new place (Rust Tap) is great too. R.I.P. Brickyard, I'll remember... you fondly as I continue to indulge in more delicious bbqs. Read more
