I lost my dad this week & I just wanted to get out of the house. I go here & I get the cops called of me for "making the girls... un comfortable" when all I did was order coffee & sit down. I didn't look at them or interact with them beyond the order. I'mbrown so I guess I got kicked out for looking sad & brown? Idk don't go here if you're brown & sad. wish I could give lessstars. The coffee is excellent. I go back very rarely though because they directly solicit you for a minimum of a $1 tip the option's... were $1 $2 or $3 its hard to say no when they solicit like that. This place is very close to my work. I?ve seen it for months as I pass by. I decided that I would finally treat myself to coffee... and try this place. The review isn?t necessarily a reflection of the coffee itself. The coffee was pretty typical for this typeof shop. Satisfying, but not memorable. My issue is that I ordered ahead, approximately 30 minutes prior to my arrival. When Iarrived my order was not only not ready, but also seemingly unnoticed by the staff. I say this because, it was only afterstating my name that my drink started to be made. This was extremely irritating. I am not upset that everyone is understaffed,that is completely understandable. I am upset that you?re over extending your company. If you cannot take mobile orders, fromwhichever app it is made, please do your customers AND employees the kind service of disabling this feature. It is not onlyoverloading your likely overworked employees, but it is leading to extremely dissatisfied patrons. Read more
