As I business owner I barely have time to eat some days? however when I do decide to eat fast food Arbys is one of my long time... favorites because of their curly fries and cheese sticks specifically. Well today I took another 10-12minute detour to work justso I could stop by arbys only to be greeted with cold curly fries, cold apple turn over, and re-fried cheese sticks. Upon askingthe manager ?kristi? what was going on.. she informed me ?it?s no longer policy to make things warm and fresh? long story short.I guess only certain arbys make good food anymore. I can't remember the last time I bought a sandwich at Arby's. Maybe I never have before? But tonight 5.15.2022 around 10:20pm I... needed some protein, and this Arby's was close by. I was pleasantly surprised at the politeness, professionalism, and positiveattitude of the beautiful African American Woman who ran the Drive-Thru! At this hour of the night most people in fast-food arecompletely checked out! I wish I had seen her name tag, but was not fortunate enough to get a glance at it. The sandwiches wereGREAT, but this sweet Lady's positivity and personal demeanor were just so kind and personable that I HAD to leave thisreview! People like her make the world go 'round. All may not be right with the world, but all was right with my world at thisArby's tonight because of this kind lady. Sara meet us at counter as we entered. She was very professional and polite. She took our order for 5 very hungry individuals... and got every part of our order correct. The lobby was nice and clean.
