Food has lost its quality!. For the prices we pay!... wendy's or BK preferred. Waited 10 extra minutes for onion rings, after... placing order was given floats first thing. Ordered fish get to the window to be told they are out of tartar sauce after we have paid asked why she didnt tell us got an "I... don't know" for answer. Only been twice and the service is HORRIBLY slow. I think we waited over 10 mins for fries and the guy said 3 min wait. But the... tall guy is always nice. I normally am going for someone else, so idk about the food, haven't been inside so idk theestablishment. But after reading some of the other reviews I will avoid this location going forward. I don't think I've ever gone here and not been disappointed, which is funny, because I didn't think my expectations could go any... lower. Last time I ordered some chicken sandwiches and they clearly had been sitting under a heating lamp for the last 20years. IMO fire everyone and start fresh starting with the management. Went into drive thru waiting 5 minutes with noone coming on the speaker at all. Then went to go to the window was waiting about... 10 minutes for the person in front of us. Find out the person on headset wasn't even wearing the headset to know cars were inthe drive thru. We go inside and it takes another 5 minutes to get our order taken. There were no straws, guys give us the twowe needs then goes outside without filling up the straws for the lobby. The only good thing in this experience was our cheesecurds we got were hot and fresh. Worst place to get food from. Every time we go our food is never fresh! You'd think it'd be fresh if you have to wait 10-15... minutes in the drive thru for yourborder! Everytime I go I have to pull out of the drive through to wait for my two A6 orders tobe brought out. And to add a cherry on top I get home today to eat my burger and it has two bottom buns. There is a reason thesepeople work fast food and yet they still can't get it right. Never going back again! Read more
