I wanted to purchase a Vibe Original tank. At the time I didn't know the exact name of this product but tried explaining to the... cashier (who had her hair died like Harlequin) what it was that I wanted. Instead of being helpful and trying to even look atthe vibe products they had, she rudely told me that she didn't know what they looked like outside of the package. I asked if shecould look on the bottom shelf where boxes had blocked. She kicked the boxes and again replied with an attitude: that is wherethe batteries are. At this point I said that it was okay, she rung my other things up and started to draw/doodle on a piece ofpaper. I asked if I could have a bag and she then proceeded to slam my things into the bag and didn't bag everything. From nowon I will drive out of my way to visit a different 7-11. Read more

Come here probably 3-4 times a week. I normally get food and I have never complained. Today a coworker and I went in and I... bought us both hotdogs. We took a bite out of our food and said these aren't very good. Brought it up to the manager and askedhim to remake new ones as they were not good and he insisted on telling me. "No they are good. Nobody ever complains, they'regood." He refused to remake them, we threw them away, they were hard and overcooked. Read more

Monday the 7th of Nov, the clerk insisted I use my debit card to buy a lottery ticket. Then he politely said make sure to put in... your pin. I was coming from the dentist, really didn't dawn on me how wrong that was, just maybe a new procedure. The next daymy CC was used to purchase $1200 of online goods. The vendor, Brooks Brothers, doesn't care or want to help me stop theshipment. The clerk who answered today recommended I send the police for sure, he said they only take cash for lottery tickets,so 95% sure the Monday employee caused all of this. Just not right! Read more
