I understand they were busy however they gave me honey mustard when I ordered hot mustard and two burgers were not made... properly. I used the app but they didnt follow what I ordered.. First of all, this McDonalds is the absolute worst one I?ve ever been to. When I do go, my wife and I only ever get breakfast... because the regular food is too disgusting. If you get nuggets, they are usually rock hard like they?ve been sitting under theheat lamp for hours. If you get burgers, they?re either made incorrectly or look like they?ve been thrown up against the wall.Nine out of ten times, regardless of what you order, you have to pull up to the rail or over into a parking spot, and watchseveral people receive their food who arrived after you. This morning we went at 7a.m. and ordered 3 value meals, two withsodas, and one with a frappe. We were the one of three cars in the drive thru, and still had to pull up and wait for almost 20minutes. I imagine it was because of the frappe. The website says they are open at 5a.m. in the drive thru, but have attemptedto get breakfast at that time and no one is there or been told they can only serve drinks. (Not frappes, of course.) The friesare usually old and have so much salt on them that you can?t even eat them. If you do get hot fries, they taste like they?restill using the same grease from last year. It?s nasty. I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. when I received my order I was handed the wrong sandwich. when I went in to get the... correct sandwich, the manager told me I ordered the wrong thing and I informed her I order the same thing every time and theyconsistently make my order incorrectly. an employee resolved it by trying to make another sandwich, but made it incorrectlyagain. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don't get me wrong there's a couple very nice people doing everything behind the... counter but this is literally the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Drive the extra 5-10 mins to Gettysburg orTaneytown you'll get your food faster. And still get home at the same time as if you went to Littlestown Mickey d's. Ridiculous. Read more
I stopped by McDonald?s this morning at 5:25ish sat in the drive thru for about 2 minutes then went up to BOTH windows no one in... sight. It was 5:30 so I figured I?d try again. Go back thru drive thru and sit and sit and still nothing by now there issomeone behind me. I go to the 1st window AGAIN finally see a woman I knocked on window she looked at me and kept walking. Thensaw a man knocked on window. He said we are no open yet?!?! Ok seriously!! This store need management apparently the ownerdoes not care about this store!! Read more
A few really great people that evening. However, this has to be one of the Worst McDonald's in the area! Over 12yrs we have... watched this place go fr 24hr to closing early. If you get those fries, they are like leather, even if "dropped fresh". Youneed to put a burger in your microwave when u get home, bc the cheese hasn't begun to melt. Worst mcdonalds ever. Drive thru a complete nightmare. Thanks for giving my food to another vehicle and than expecting me to... take food. I refused wanted $ back. Actually had to go inside. They would not give me my $ back. If my food was just made. Whywas it ice cold. Never again. You do not even deserve 1 star Read more
