What was wrong with my wings?? I got some boneless mild wings and they were disgusting..couldn?t finish a 4th one. I?ve ordered... wingstop online and they were great but this time the wings were dry and had 0 sauce. Literally? I dipped my finger in the smallamount of ?sauce? they gave me and it was flavorless? We came here for the first time tonight, and the wings tasted good and were well made. But we made the mistake of ordering in... person, which was... an experience. The guy started taking our order as normal, took my name, and we ordered a Boneless Mealfor 2. This is a combo on the sign right above his head, yet he turned to his coworker and asked what a Meal for 2 was ???? Hiscoworker didn't seem to know, so we pointed it out to him and they both turned and said "ohhh..." Once we sat down to wait, itseemed like the place was being run by a college or high school club for the night. The workers were talking and goofing around,chasing each other around the restaurant, and playing on their phones. After sitting and waiting for quite a while, wediscovered that our order had been sitting on the counter ready for about 10 minutes, but since the guy who took our order neverput our name on it, no one thought to try and figure out whose it was. And then after all that, our wings were boned instead ofboneless. They still tasted ok, but seeing all the comments about wrong orders and bad staff, looks like you're better offgetting Buffalo Wild Wings takeout from now on. ???? Read more

Second time going here, second time it?s been wrong. Ordered and paid for 8 wing meal with a large drink. Got six wings and a... medium drink. Asked if that was the large and they said yes but it wasn?t because the large lid wasn?t made for it. It was anonline order, so I?m not sure how you read all that wrong and leave off two wings that I paid for. Happened to me last time too,but at least the flavors were right this time. Pitiful! I ordered the All In Bundle for delivery. The order said it was delivered at 9:55pm, I gave it 15 minutes to show up... but it never did. I called the store 12 times and they never answered, even though they do not close until 12:45am. I proceededto drive to the store, I was half way there and received a text saying that my food was delivered at 10:16. I was pretty madbecause it was 30 minutes after the time that it originally claimed that it was delivered. I drove back home to my food beinghard and over cooked, cold, and I was missing 2 out of the 6 chicken tenders as well as 5 wings. I called the store 2 more timesand they never responded and my driver could?ve cared less. I will NOT be returning to this location. Read more
Cajun is supposed to be a dry rub. For some reason about a month ago they started drenching the cajun wings in buffalo sauce... which overpowers the cajun. I asked about it and was told at the time it was because I was getting boneless (70 cent bonelessTuesday) so they said they had to use more sauce to make the seasoning stick. Made sense. This time I made sure to order bonein, and once again, they are drenched in buffalo so I cant even taste the cajun seasoning. I guess I'm going to have to buycajun wings in north little rock, carry them to the markham store, order some from them, and physically show them thedifference. Pretty sure that they are literally tossing it in buffalo then sprinkling cajun seasoning on top afterwards becauseas you will notice in the picture, the excess buffalo sauce around the wings has 0 seasoning in it. Well, let's start with taste. Taste great, we had the Hawaiian, Louisiana Rub and Spicy Korean wings and large fries and large... vegetables. All taste great. The large vegetables were not large more like small/medium. So for me, I give it a 4 star rating,my order was made online and was ready when I arrived. Read more
Well let me start off by saying CORPORATE WILL BE CONTACTED FIRST THING TOMORROW!!! The service was awful the young lady that... was taking orders was cussing customers out the entire crew went out side to fight each other while orders was backed up!!! Iordered my food at 6:35pm I didn?t get my food until 7:56pm!!! The employees threatened a woman he walked from behind thecounter called her all all types of names and even tried to fight her this is very very unprofessional and something needs to bedone!!
