Based on the amazing chicken sandwich I got today alone it would be 5 star. (I got the number 11, think it's called the big... bacon chicken sandwich) However, I have never once had good service at a wendy's. I have been told they are out of chickenand beef with a 20 minute wait on other things. I've been ignored at the speaker for over 10 minutes. Today wasn't awful butit was still roughly 15 minutes to get through the drive through when there was only one person in front of us. Side note, your beef is frozen, I have had 2 family members that currently work there confirm this. Just because you call it a fridge andnot a freezer doesn't mean those cold hard slabs aren't frozen. It's okay for it to be frozen, but why lie about it. Read more
Drive thru was slow! The girl working the drive thru window has no sense of urgency at all. The customer service was subpar and... it shows that the leadership there knows nothing about providing good customer service. Didn't even bother to apologize for thelong wait....just gave me my good, said "Here you go", and sent me on my way! Absolutely poor service all the way around. Read more
We ordered a cheese baked potato with chives, and a "Dave's triple" the potato was good, the triple burger was wonderful! The... meat was fresh and juicy. The tomatoes were fresh and flavorful, the lettuce and red onion as well! Above all the person workingthe window and taking orders was great, her voice was clear, easy to understand, and quite cheerful! She was kind and seemedquite happy. This is the worst Wendy's. Service was so slow. We waited 20 mins before anyone even spoke to us. We ask for the Manger and she... just ignored us. The deserve negative stars all the way. Rude and extremely slow is what service is like here. Read more
Food was decent employees were nice, but there was trash everywhere outside. All the trash made me want to chose somewhere else... to eat but was set on getting Wendy's. Lobby was closed but there were no signs stating they had the lobby closed so I tried theother door and of course it was closed as well. Read more
When I say that this is now the slowest Wendy's in Arkansas. Then they had the nerves to start selling breakfast it must be good... because the line stay wrapped around the building. Girl working at the window with long hair was doing a really good job. She was so cheerful and genuinely friendly. You fat... corporate cats running that place should show her some gratitude and give her a raise... keep her happy. She is an asset to theplace. So glad I can have a positive comment for a change!
