This Wendy's was the slowest drive through I've ever been in, it took 14 minutes from the time I ordered to getting my food then... my order wasn't right & I had to walk into the store to get correct item . This particular time I stopped by Wendy?s was because of a mishap on their part. I had an uncooked burger so the nice lady... manager by the name of Latricia told me to come back and get my meal on them (Wendy?s). Well when I came back Miss Latricia wasout sick so I spoke with another manager by the name of Moana and she was very rude to me. I asked her about getting a drinkthat if I had to, I would?ve paid extra for and she told me I couldn?t get it and said that she could make me wait until theother manager (who was out sick) got back. The sweet young lady by the name of Kenyatta was very helpful and kind. She made mydrink for me and told me not to worry about it. I ordered 3 biggie bags through the app: double stack, jr bacon cheeseburger, & BLT chicken. Unfortunately, I didn?t realize... until halfway through my sandwich that the meat was undercooked! My mom had the double stack and hers was undercooked as well.Undercooking foods can cause food poisoning. It?s difficult getting through to customer care, I?ve been holding for over 16minutes now. This Wendy's suck. I ordered my meal,sat down to eat and realized my burger was made wrong. I take it back up there to get... remade and they make it wrong an additional 3 times.
