I've had decent service here before, but this morning service was super lazy. They were not at all busy. I ordered only two... biscuit sandwiches, one with sausage, one with bacon. They give two with bacon, and they are cold and hard. Really people howhard is it??? I just don't understand how people are careless and lazy. I know they would not have eaten what they gave me. Don?t go to this Wendy?s on your lunch break because you won?t get back to work on time. The wait is super long. I waited in the... drive through for 15 minutes and only moved 1 car length. So I pulled out of line and went inside as I only needed drinks so Ifigured I could just make them myself at the fountain in the lobby. When I walked in they did not look like a restaurant thatwas busy. The employees were just chilling in a booth, there were several just standing around and leaning. I heard someone fromthe back tell up front not to take anymore orders. I asked for my receipt and the lady couldn?t give me one. I was very angrythat I had used my whole lunchtime waiting in their line and that they don?t respect their customers time enough to just tellthe people waiting that you aren?t taking orders! I work nearby and sometimes I go to This Wendy?s cause it?s not to many food places but any way from my experience customer... service is terrible long lines take forever even when it?s just 2 cars and they always mess up your order can?t get nothingright I went to this location multiple times and I get the same result then not to mention there?s this older white lady thatwork the drive through look like she should be retired and she moves entirely slow it?s nerve wrecking! Then too it off even theinside is nasty dirty windows dirty floor don?t even look like nobody attempts to clean it !.I?m done going to this location! Read more
Customer service is horrible. They don't give out receipts. Lines are beyond long and food is always cold. The older Caucasian... lady that took my order was very rude. She took my order and I tried to pay but was unsure if the payment went through, so Iasked....She looked at me and and said "obviously NOT." I asked her how would I know if the receipt paper didn't come out theprinter.... she waved her hand over the printer and said they don't give receipts. She was even rude to the customer in front ofme. Rolling her eyes at him. I asked for my receipt so I could contact corporate and she just waved the customer behind me overso she could take their order. I waited about 10 minutes for a number 1 and couldn't even eat it because it was cold. Fries werehard and stale. Read more
I love this Wendy's above all others in Arkansas, because the staff are friendly, professional, and will take no disrespect or... hostility. A gentleman came in just before me, and instantly caused a lot of tension with his remarks. This caused a couplepeople to get up in the middle of their meal and leave. Not two minutes since he walked in, he was walked right back out by themanager! It's quite refreshing to see that kind of resolve from even from a fast food restaurant. Wonderful food and service! But please stop yelling at your elderly staff and blaming them for the wait when you are slammed.... You had long line inside and outside. Help instead of belittling them. Your words made me not want to return to this Wendy's. Read more
Old lady there with grey hair really rude for no reason, never experienced that before. Asked repeatedly and rudely if I was... done ordering when there was literally no one else in line and I was just asking kids if they wanted anything. When ordercalled, and went to pick up tray, she just stared at me. Really lady?? Glad my wife didnt see, otherwise would have irritatedher before going to Pinnacle mountain. I tried my hardest not to give a review! I don?t even leave reviews. But this Wendy?s has got to be the worst Wendy?s in Little... Rock . I don?t understand how on multiple occasions they?re freaking out of bbq sauce. Sat in drive thru line for 15-20 mins .It?s only two other cars and my car, just to get to the intercom for them to tell me to wait another 5 minute to order . I?msure they still have timers!
