The managers are rude they don't know how to run a restaurant they be tired. I like you choose to work here a manager rudely... went off for no reason. It's sad how that's restaurant is ran. They need to get rid of the managers it's time for them to let gosomeone else do it. They don't wash there hands. It's something I won't to call health department on. Read more
The service at this location has declined over the past several years. There has been continued rude or lack of customer service... at this location for years. On today, at about 5 PM, I arrived in the drive thru to place an order. We immediately felt rushed,but as we provided our long order, the gentleman taking our order continued to rush us, then provided the total before we weredone and was upset when I explained I had more items to my order. I was asked to hold in such a rude way that I decided to driveoff and spend my money elsewhere. I'm sure Sonic appreciated our $50+ order and their service was great even though they wereshort staffed with full stalls and a long line. Read more

App allowed me to order for dine in. App took my money. I arrived at the restaurant after taking 2 buses and walking a quarter... mile only to find out the dining room was closed! Apparently canceling my order and refunding my money was not an option. Ihad to pick up my food at the drive thru window after almost being hit by cars twice. I ended up having to eat my food by thedumpster like a homeless person. I wish I could say this was an exaggeration, but it wasn?t. Read more

Horrible. They should have health inspectors come in to shut them down. Employees are rude . It makes me wonder how clean... anything is when the doors are locked and you cant come in. It is a public health concern having the restaurant run by peoplewho don't care about the customer or the job they are supposed to do. Horrid place, don't go there. Read more
