Went here one time when I first moved here about 2 months ago. Will not return anytime soon. The manager misunderstood what was... being said to a new girl at the window. I respect the fact she defended her employee but do not like that she defended a problemshe misunderstood. She snapped at me and my family and this was not fair to us. Absolutely the worst customer service I?ve experienced when trying to complete an order for takeout inside the store. I was... ignored for so long I literally asked if they were taking orders inside. Finally ordered, and multiple items on menu wereunavailable. Past experience indicated it would take too long to drive thru, but this was terrible. About 30 minutes to get asalad and a bowl of chili. What?s the point of saying you open at 6:30 when you?re not open at all. Wanted breakfast before work because I was running late... and this was one of the only fast food options open before 7. Arrived a few minutes before 7 and waited at the drive thru windowfor no one to be there even though there were cars in the lot. I will not be going back. Cashier was very rude. Husband ordered first and when I was making my order she said I can't hear you, speak up. (VERY... RUDE/HATEFUL LIKE)Then Husband asked what there was to drink and she said I don't know, whatevers over there, we have cokeproducts that's all I know. DO NOT GO HERE!! I've been to a lot of bad Wendy's but this was the worst. Dining room closed. No sign saying that. Took 30... minutes in the drive through and I had to tell them 3 times all the things they had missed in the order. No drink carriers andwith 7 of us eating it was a problem to bring back to the hotel. I guess they helped in their own way as they also didn't havethe drink that my wife ordered and i'm sure they still charged us for. Worst experience. Also fries were not even close to beinghot and crispy as they advertised but I was afraid I'd be there another 30 minutes if I asked for fresh fries. DO NOT GO HERE!! Read more

Not our local Wendy's but we were running errands and the 5yo was hungry so we got a 4 for $4 and he loved his nuggets and... fries. I kept the burger for myself ;) and we shared a drink. The food was fast, hot and good. Read more
