Went here one time when I first moved here about 2 months ago. Will not return anytime soon. The manager misunderstood what was... being said to a new girl at the window. I respect the fact she defended her employee but do not like that she defended a problemshe misunderstood. She snapped at me and my family and this was not fair to us. Absolutely the worst customer service I?ve experienced when trying to complete an order for takeout inside the store. I was... ignored for so long I literally asked if they were taking orders inside. Finally ordered, and multiple items on menu wereunavailable. Past experience indicated it would take too long to drive thru, but this was terrible. About 30 minutes to get asalad and a bowl of chili. What?s the point of saying you open at 6:30 when you?re not open at all. Wanted breakfast before work because I was running late... and this was one of the only fast food options open before 7. Arrived a few minutes before 7 and waited at the drive thru windowfor no one to be there even though there were cars in the lot. I will not be going back.
