The folks were super nice and very prompt with serving us!! Immediately bringing us coffee to see if we'd like some while we... look over the menu and whatever we ordered, when it was ready if there was something they thought we might need they went aheadand brought it to the table and kept us on check point!!!! Sooo me & plus nine went in & sat down, why one of the servers came in with acholic beverage & and all the workers went to the... back talking bout "Shot" like that is so unprofessional, we didn't even get a menu, a drink, nothing, we didn't even getgreeted. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. Like they could've celebrated after we got served at least. Smh never again. Read more

I told the server, "Josh," that I wanted a patty melt, old style on wheat bread, with onions. First, he brought me a Texas... Bacon Patty Melt. Then, he brought me a patty melt on Texas toast. He simply didn't listen to me. Since I was his onlycustomer at the time, that seems a little strange. Maybe if he paid attention, he would make money, and this Waffle Housewouldn't have as much wasted food. The night crew always give horrible service. Especially the woman always wearing the wig with red highlights. She is extremely... rude to everyone everytime I come here. My kids love Waffle House and I don?t want to drive across town to the other ones. Idon?t know how she?s lasted this long lol. Who?s the manager I know I can?t be the first to complain. Our waitress was very friendly, food came out quick, we got a seat quick, and we were checked out quickly. **GET THEM A WORKING... AC!** It was a real feel of 107 DEGREES outside when we ate at 11:30 AM. I've worked in a building with hot equipment during thesummer when I was four months pregnant when the AC didn't work. I wouldn't wish that on anyone else. Someone in management orabove needs to fix it, FAST. They deserve better than that. Read more

Bad customer service!! Especially the server name brain I think he?s name. Took forever and forgot our drinks and had a bad... attitude and was smart with his mouth. There other Waffle House in town I do recommend eating here especially if is working.Waffle House thought y?all treated your customer better then this. Read more
