I wish I could tell you how the food was, but unfortunately, my To-go order didn't arrive. I walked up to the counter and placed... my order, and the gentleman who took it, held the menu 3 inches from his nose to examine the price of each item. While hestruggled to complete my order and give me change, the manager leaned comfortably, watching the restaurant function (she leanedheavily in the 20 following minutes). I asked to use the restroom (clean) and after I did, I sat near the door waiting hungrily.Fortunately this restaurant has an open kitchen plan, so I was able to notice when the busy cooks began cleaning. After watchingfor a few minutes to be certain that no cooks had continued cooking I approched the manager, who was now speaking with thecashier, interrupting to ask if my order has been placed with the kitchen. I must have had a tone, because the attitude withwhich she responded made certain I wouldn't wait (again) for my food. As she refunded my money, I called her cashier"incompetent". That wasn't quite true... He displayed incompetence, but it was her lounging, and then defensiveness towards anyinquiry or complaint, that was the real issue. She banned me from the restaurant that I wouldn't ever consider again, and Ileft, no poorer, but hungry and 30 moments older. Read more
This Waffle House is awesome. The waitresses are polite and attentive. The food is always delicious and cooked to order. I... stayed at the Motel 6 next door and ate breakfast here for 5 days in a row. It was wonderful every time. Read more
The service was great. The waffles were great. The area we were in may be considered sketchy to some, but hey I am a big boy... (literally) and in the end, all the people in the Waffle House were cordial. Kids loved the food and dad was not toodisappointed with the bill. Our waitress both times were especially nice. Read more
I go in there all the time and get great service and pretty good food. Thank you all
Whoever the manager GENERAL manager is needs to be terminated. Employees have a 24 hr facility locked and are laughing and... playing behind the store and will not open the door or answer the phone. Read more
Atmosphere was bad when i walked in and sat down at around 8 p.m , the staff were yelling at each other and coughing around... the food area. Waited a couple of minutes and nothing, other people came in and were served immediately, maybe i wasn't theright color to be served at the time. Read more
