Rude & cold food, I picked up my pizza, etc. to go & when I got back to work to eat , opened the pizza to see that one of the... pieces was gone & my pizza was all mushed up. I called immediately & the manager apologized & said we will make u another onecome & pick it up, yeah right!!!! I have a lunch of 30 mins & what ; give me a pizza that should have been the way I ordered tobegin with, not only that waste my gas & time without anything complementary???? Good pizzeria that has a nice selection of pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, wings, salads, and drinks. This was my son's favorite... restaurant to eat at when Jonesboro had a location so every time we visit Little Rock we have to eat at US Pizza. He gets thekids pizza with sausage and boneless wings. They have gluten-free options and a nice variety of toppings for pizzas, sandwiches,and salads. Good place. Read more

They were only able to perform take out due to a staff shortage which has been an issue for the retail and restaurant industry.... However they posted advance notices at the front entrance and still gave great service although they were limited on staff. Ispoke with management while waiting on my order to reassure her to not take it personal.things will get better! Read more

Of the three locations in Little Rock that we normally visit this has been our favorite so far!!! Service was great as well as... the environment for watching a sports game Port chilling with friends. Read more

Had brunch here once a few years ago. They served me a breakfast pizza that was excellent although not sure if it's still on the... menu. My favorite thing here is their chef salad slathered in ranch topped with hand crushed packs of lance crackers. The waiterwas very nice might I add. P.s. I order a salad and bread sticks. Although the food tasted good the container was half full. It was really sad considering it... was over $10 for the salad alone. Very disappointed. Have a two star because what they did give me was good tasting. Read more

We waited a few minutes for someone to seat us. Three employees saw us, but didn?t bother. A nice young lady came to help us.... The server was extremely busy. He took our order and got our drinks. My daughter and I each ordered a sandwich. It literallytook over an hour to get our food. I will say the food was very good, but I would not eat there again. Read more

Usually this place is great, the wife and I love it when we want some pizza however, I tried to take a small group of friends... and family to it. I vouched it was great food and they?ve never been the U.S. Pizza (7) and it was the worst and most awkwarddinning experience we?ve ever had. The waitress, a young lady named Makayla, was argumentative and confrontational aboutmistakes made in her order taking even though she did not write down the orders on paper. When they came out wrong and thepeople that ordered them tried to correct them she blamed the way that had ordered and did nothing to try and resolve them. Therestaurant was nearly empty and our food still took over 40min to arrive. I asked for a second small beer and she told me ?whenI get some time? and never got it. We are alway nice to waiters and waitresses because we understand how difficult the line ofwork is these days but she absolutely ruined our meal and evening by the way she dealt with her mistakes and treated those inour group who were simply trying to get what they wanted and ordered. We didn?t talk to a manager as management seems nonexistent and just wanted to pay and leave. The worst treatment ever at a restaurant we?ve ever had, we will not be going back tothis location ever.
