This location has a 3.3 rating for a reason and it?s about to be lower. We had a malfunction on the app and called them to try... and fix it. Phone call, unanswered. When we went in there the workers gave us the worst attitude. Only one gentleman helped usbut he said there was nothing he could do. So I paid for 2 wraps and only got one. Worst experience ever. I?ve been to some bad Tropical Smoothies. This is the worst. You should expect your order to be incorrect. Don?t bother trying... to order food within 1 hour of close. Worst tropical smoothie I have been to. I ordered peanut paradise at the drive thru and got paradise point instead. I pointed it... out to the person that this is not the correct smoothie. They re did it and the peanut paradise was awful. They forgot to putwhey protein and it had chunks of banana in it. Waited half an hour for gross smoothie and wasted $8 dollars. I used to visit this location often and the service was fast and efficient - now it?s unorganized and hectic. It took 30... minutes for 5 cars and 2 guest inside. Because the employees are literally on their phones, laughing, and playing. I know thiscan?t be up to Tropical Smoothies standards because from the drive through you can see their computer screen and five orders areblinking red. I?m in the customer service industry so my patience is a lot higher than most when it comes to things like this. Best tropical smoothie by far!! The staff are all so friendly and the smoothies are fantastic and well blended. If I could I... would live on there food. SO SO good. One of the best tropical smoothies I've been to! Got the chia banana boost with peanut butter, it was well blended and I could... taste all the ingredients. I've been to some tropical smoothies where there wasn't enough cinnamon or there were ice chunks.Southwest wrap wasn't skimped for ingredients and was very good.
