Taco Bell at Markham and South Bowman. The service at this store continues to go downhill. Today as I prepared to pay, I... requested my usual Senior Citizen discount (I am 62 and on a fixed income) but I enjoy the occasional order from Taco Bell. Thecashier took my card, shut the window in my face, walked off. Upon her return, she gave me back my card and pronounced a 2 centdiscount. This location has had problems in the past with staff standing outside and cars lined up in the drive thru at 9:00 atnight, not sure why this location has such difficulties when they are in a prime area with businesses all around. Depending on the time of day you go will depend on the quality and speed of service. Sometimes you pull up, and they say they... are closed due to something being messed up?or my favorite; is when their fryer is broken. I lived in Northwest Arkansasbriefly, and Any TB you go to there is quick and courteous compared to the 25-30 min you wait in line and then get the bagbasically thrown out of the window to you. Put in an online order and headed over. We waited 35 minutes before the person 2 cars ahead of me was greeted in the drive thru,... to receive cold, stale, and hardly filled crunchwraps, crumpled chips, and empty burritos. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
Ordered from here twice. Today I got the nacho combo and a crunch taco on the side. How bout I picked my taco up and the whole... thing fell apart!! On top of that, my lettuce was on the OUTSIDE of my taco. How that work?? AND the food was cold. ?Only accepting DoorDash, grub hub, Uber eats, or mobile orders.? This Taco Bell is consistently the worst I?ve ever been to.... Between tonight?s experience, a random ?30 minute shift change - no orders? at 8pm, ?we only accept cash at this time?, ?oursystem is down so we can?t take any orders?, and consistently forgetting food that?s paid for I suggest they just close thislocation, or at least fire the managers who are running this location into the ground. I've been sitting in the drive thru for an hour and a half. It's taken 15 minutes or more for each car just to order. It took 15... minutes to even be acknowledged at the speaker. I paid and sat at the window 15 more minutes only for it to open and the personto ask me what I ordered and then just shut it in my face when I tried to tell her. This was after I'd paid, gotten drinks, hada receipt and was waiting on the food. I'm *still* sitting here waiting on it. This is quality of the place and of the customerservice you can expect.
