I went on Sept 1st the day my daughter had surgery at children's and got there 15 minutes before they closed yes I know I was... cutting it close. But we had just got settled in our room.The sign on the front door said drive-thru only. There was anothertruck behind me and one at the window. When the one at the window drove off they shut the lights off on us. Yet they was stilltechnically supposed to be open. Read more

As a vegetarian this place was a nightmare for me. The girl making sandwiches for my friends touched the pepperoni, the turkey... and then the cheeses without ever changing gloves. The girl working with the vegetables cleaned her area, which included meatsand things that had fallen out of sandwiches passed to her by wiping everything down with her hands inside gloves, then withoutchanging gloves putting her hands into first the tomatoes and then spinach to straighten them up. My friends said the sandwicheswere Fair but my concern was for cross-contamination and illness not taste. Read more
Great spot by DHS and the Bus stop. The sandwich specialist with long colorful nails was quick, professional and precise.... Answered our questions about some items that looked foreign to us. Cheese, bread and other toppings. The tv could have been alittle bigger but the perfect setting on the a.c. unit absolutely made up for that. We stayed inside and called in the survey onthe receipt and redeemed the code for some great tasting white chocolate cookies. Great job ladies. Read more
Best Subway I've ever been to! The staff made all the difference. I wasn't rushed at all, and the girl being the counter was... very helpful and talkative. Had a great time for as short as it was. Location is right across the street from the ArkansasChildren's Hospital; a good option to have if you find yourself at the hospital for an extended stay. Read more
