I've given this location one too many chances simply because its down the road from work. Portions are small but the worst part... is, the cookies are hard as a rock/stale each and every single time. My All American sub tasted like Tuna Fish today. Thecookies not only were hard as a rock but had a weird taste I cannot even begin to explain. Ended up throwing it away. The bestlocation I have found so far is the one inside the gas station across from Dickey Stephens field. Little bit further from workbut they are great, plus they have a drive thru. Read more
Walked in before they are supposed to close and they refused to help us. She said that they are closing, stated that closing is... at 5:30 but it was not 5:30 yet. Would not even allow us to order anything. Terrible customer service. Read more
I swear, the owner?s here have got to be the stingiest sandwich makers I?ve ever experienced. A foot long just got (3) tomato... slices, (7) slices of a pickle, and (4) slices of a cucumber. It used to be three scoops of tuna for a 6 and 6 scoops for a footlong. You now get two and four. Always the biggest disappointment. They are lucky it?s a somewhat captive area. Read more
We picked this location today because we thought we'd have a great experience because it's a nice area. Upon walking in we... weren't greeted and waited a few minutes for the the lady working there to finish what she's was doing. We were the onlycustomers in the store. She finally walks around and looks at me and says "yes" real stern. In my mind I was thinking what'swrong with her but I figured she was having a bad day and I let it go. I proceeded to tell her the bread I wanted and she turnsaround and opens the bread oven and says real mean that this is all we have. She was so agressive that I walked out. We willnever eat here! Okay so, I?m not a huge Subway person and typically don?t review fast food. However, I am seeing them actively disinfect their... tables. I don?t care how you feel about COVID but generally speaking cleanliness in a restaurant is super important. They aresuper friendly. They were SUPER fast! Sandwich was a sandwich- but ingredients were fresh. I even saw him wipe down the doorhandles. Everyone should do that- always!!!! Oh- and their floor markings are clear, tidy, and spaced out. The food was fresh and service was good but I am still shocked that I was charged $14.25 (before tax) for a double roasted... chicken breast pizza. This was at the location @ 2516 Cantrell Road, Little Rock. I just recently moved to Little Rock fromDumas and there this same pizza use to cost me roughly $8.00. I was charged $5.59 for the pizza, $1.50 for shredded cheese, &$3.58 per chicken patty (2 patties $7.16). Never again!!! Read more

Very very rude service. Everytime we go in it is always the same girl who works here. Everytime you order with her she almost... acts offended that you dare chose to come to this subway. And then when she finally makes the sandwich she puts as littleingredients on as possible. We have given it multiple chances and every single time it?s terrible. She once YELLED at a guy forthrowing his trash away and got mad because she just emptied it. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes to the next subway. Read more
