Came here and Jakayla was rude hateful and has no respect for someone?s car or personal space. She puts her tray on your car and... gets inside your window inside your car....she drags her tray along your car and sets it in your hood. My food was stale andwhen I said something she laughed. This is the closest sonic to my work so I tend to try and go here. 9/10 times I come here though, the staff is rude and my order... is almost always messed up in some way. I went today for lunch and tried to order a chicken sandwich for me and popcorn chickenfor my partner. The girl on headset cut me off after the popcorn chicken and just went away. I sat there and tried to wait forher to come back after trying to continue my order but her she never came back answer I?m not going to waste my whole lunch justtrying to order. Read more
My wife made an order online before getting there and she still had to wait 30 minutes just for 2 slushes and 2 limeades and... when my wife tasted the limeades they were carbonated and when the server returned she asked my wife if she wanted somethingelse. My wife said no I wanted strawberry limeades, can you just change out the sprite, and the server laughed and walked off.She returned with the limeades and they tasted flat. The service from this location has been terrible. Customer experience iseverything because you provide a great customer experience it makes them want to come back to spend more money but this was notthe first time with attitudes from employees and long wait times. We will stop coming to this location and I will let myfriends, and family know how disrespectful their servers was at this location. Read more
I ordered a Rt44 sweet tea & Lg mozzarella sticks & the lady said ok..no price & nothing came on screen for me to pay so I... waited about 10 mins & everyone else was getting their food & I pushed button again & asked if my order was placed bc of whathappened & she asked me my order again & said ok hold on & nothing else. Y'all's servers really aren't the brightest and obviously don't know the menu apparently my boyfriend and I tried to order a... Oreo chocolate master shake and Dominique seemed to have no idea what a master shake part of the menu even was and on top ofthat the shake came out as a vanilla Oreo shake like y'all cant get a simple milkshake right and she even said she'd try herbest to make it like what does that even mean the only explanation I could think of was it had to be her first day because wowyou didn't even know that section of the menu I'll never be going to this location again Read more
