Never prepare my food correctly. Gave the car hop a $20 and he took out his tip and gave me what he wanted. Never going back, ... so I made the carhop give me all my money. Yes I was going to leave a tip I always do and was going to leave more than he took. Read more

This location has done a better job recently of having items in stock and getting food out quicker. I'm thankful for that. The... exterior can still be pretty dirty and many of the drive-in spots are still blocked off and/or broken. Read more

They shut their phone app off EVERY HOLIDAY! They're the only local sonic that does so. The app has been down the past 3 days... for this location. Just go to the one in mabelvale plaza on baseline. They tend to care about customers more than the managementhere. Also to the one with the generic responses here. This is our complaint, and it's attached to the location. Quit makingcustomers jump through hoops to make a complaint. This is it.
