If there was a way to leave a half star I would. My family and I had lunch there last Saturday. We had fresh food which was... great because we had waiting 35mins for food after ordering. Upon getting my food, I took my first bite of my bacon cheeseburgertoaster. It was delicious and then I took the second bite and it game with strands of hair. My tomato piece that was left on thesandwich had hair strands wrapped around it. I threw up immediately. My husband called the store and spoke to the manager andshe didn't care and wanted the sandwich back in order to refund us. We took it back throw up and all and was it'd take 5-7business days for the money to be refunded to our bank account. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt to that location. Theyare always slow, outta of item, or closing before the store hours. The employees often have rude attitude. I will drive toChenal or Cantrell before I waste my time with this location again. The GM needs to come find out what the problem is at thisstore. It's unbelievable and sad. Read more

It took 5 minutes after we pushed the button before someone finally took our order. Then, our order came out after 8 minutes. We... did not get a fork with our order and I asked the carhop to get us one. We even tipped him. No fork for 6 minutes. Pushed thebutton. Waited 5 minutes. Finally someone answered and said they would send one. Nobody came for 5 minutes. Saw our originalcarhop and yelled "where's my fork?". Finally he got us one. This is the epitome of sonics. I ordered a number 1 with no tomato. It came with no Tomato but the ketchup was nonexistent. I... also ordered a number 15 super sonic and they forgot the tots on the inner part of the burrito. Also the lady cares more aboutflirting with her getto co worker than handing food in the window. Our regular visit. Kezi did a good job delivering. We tipped him over a $1. They were busy as usual. Mozzarella Sticks were... excellent. Happy Hour pricing is great. I was happy to see that they were donating to schools. The whipped cream was a bitmuch and not enough strawberry shake. Cup wasn't even full. They were somewhat busy. The weather was nice. Worst experience of my life!! I never post reviews but we pulled in and ordered waited 30 minutes on our food to come out cold... but we were not going to complain. We get the wrong drink and wrong size and they ask for our receipt in this tone as theydidn?t wanna believe us and they bring back yet again the wrong drink and it was watery then we go through the the drive throughto change it yet again and we get a sprite this time a whole new drink I?m thinking it will be better wrong again. I haven't been to Sonic in years, So I decided to stop by this one! They were very slow even though it wasn't crowded, ... customer service was so so not rude but not friendly either, just seems like the employee didn't want to be at work today, Ipicked up some Fries, pretzel stick and Oreo Blast. Pull up, order, pay, and get food. I was able to understand the person over the speaker, and they could understand me. The... order was delivered quickly. The food was temperature hot, and the order was correct. The lady that delivered the food wasfriendly. Read more

I'm disappointed that that food safety isn't more important considering the pandemic. Upon my way to work this morning I stopped... at sonic on Chenal. Upon eating I found a hair inside my burrito. Hair nets or hair covering is paramount in the food industry.These rules are set for customer safety and yours. I've never had this issue before with the sonic at this location. But I amnow discouraged from eating here on the future. Read more
