The kitchen employees don't really understand how to deliver hot and fresh food. If the tenders are fresh you can bet the fries... aren't. Fries aren't always cooked long enough. Also, if y'all would drain the grease back into the fryer you'd save a ton ofmoney on grease. Read more
Got hot wings, chicken sandwich, and chicken tender meals for myself and some family. I thought the fries were great, but the... general consensus was that the rest of the food wasn't anything special. I personally feel like I could've air fried up somechicken tendies of similar quality for less. The guy who took our order provided great service, but I'm not really compelled togo back for the food. Wish I could give it a 0. I've visited this place a few times but the last couple experiences put a bitter taste in my mouth.... The girl who's always at the window is very rude and has poor customer service. I was there a couple of days ago, went into thelobby, and stood there about 7 minutes and nobody took my order. She bypassed me, not acknowledging that I was there. Now tothink I was about to give them almost $20 for poor service. I walked out and will NEVER visit this place again. Read more
The floor was so sticky I my feet stuck with every step. Front counter lady was definitely not happy to be there and paid for... extra sauce that we didn't get. My wife & I approached the counter to give our order. Nothing of any personality was said. I asked a question about the Cayenne... ranch chicken sandwich and received a 1 word response. After placing the order, I went to the soda fountain and got our drinksas my wife went to the bathroom. I waited around up front and seen the cashier go to the bathroom. As I?m still waiting for ourfood, the cashier comes out of the bathroom a few minutes later with dripping hands. I figured maybe he didn?t get them dry bctrying to rush back to the kitchen. He proceeded to wipe them off on his pants and continue on. We get our food and go to chowdown to discover that my wife?s chicken strips are cold and my fries are cold. The flavor of mine wasn?t horrible but my wife is7 months pregnant, she didn?t eat the cold chicken. She ate her fries as hers were warm. I bit into my chicken sandwich and itwas warm. It was plain with a big piece of lettuce and 2 pickles. No sauces. I thought maybe the cayenne was infused in thebreading possibly. It wasn?t much for flavor so I asked for the cayenne ranch (that I had already paid for but didn?t receive.)It helped pep it up and made it worth eating. So, food poor, service poor and questionable on cleanliness methods. We go toleave and my wife hits the soda machine one more time to get Diet Coke. The Diet Coke is flat. So, all in all, I wouldn?t go outof my way to eat there again. Read more
