Absolutely ridiculous, waited longer than normal but wasn?t really a problem I just knew the food would be fresh, instead my... order was wrong, fry?s so old and cold they are all stuck together I paid almost 50 cents for a freakin sauce that?s not evenhalf way full! I am sitting at this location looking at a sign that says drive thru open until 11 and your employees are yelling through the... closed widow that they are closed. I?ve have been here since 10:35. It is now 10:47. If these are not your hours don?t promotethem as such. Just to verify, this is the N. Shackleford location. Read more
The last two times I've been here the air conditioner was not on. The temperature was 85-90 F in the store. It's pretty obvious... the franchise owner is trying to save money at the customers' expense, because another store in the same city also had their ACturned off recently, despite recent increases in food prices across the board. The food was ok. Nothing that really stood out to me. I will say, though, the place was clean, the worker was cleaning while... waiting for customers coming in, and she was nice. Food tastes okay, but definitely more greasy than any other Slim Chickens I've visited. The lemonade was right at this... location. It tastes sugar-free and from a cheap mix and Iusually love their sweet tea & lemonade. I will stick with my usuallocation on Cantrell Road. They come by your table and check on the equality of your food and everything tastes superb. Read more
