When I say rude I mean RUDE with bold letters! I sat in the parking lot this morning 20 minutes because we don't have Rallys... where I live! I went to drive thru no answer, went to the window, she directed me back to the drive thru!! She then didn't askif I wanted s,m, or l! She just charged me large! And told me to pull up and wait 4 more minutes on fries and slammed thewindow! I didn't get to ask for ketchup or nothing. I'm never going back don't come to work rude!! The patties on my Big Buford were precooked and the cheese wasn't melted which doesn't make for a hot and fresh cheese burger,... wasn't pleasant, always cook to order, no short cuts and you'll always have repeat business Read more

They over charged my credit card. No one is answering the phone. Food was good. I suggest you pay with cash and make sure you... get a RECIEPT. I will definitely avoid this location the next time I'm come to visit. Update: Problem resolved, for that I givethem 5 stars. Read more
The sign says dinning room open, which it is not. Than I walk up to the pickup window they look at you and walk away. So I... ordered on app it says be ready in 10 minutes. So I than walk to drive through window and they walk away having standing therea little. She walks back opens window and says we can't take orders here. Which I know but only place I can get them to answer. She comes to window and tells me they are out of one thing. I have now been waiting over 40 minutes. Update manager came outand was very polite.
